  1. What if my hapa pairing isn’t represented in the Hapa Collection?

Please send us an e-mail and request it! We are always creating new designs and would love to hear what our customers are interested in.

Items shipped to a P.O. box will be sent via U.S. Postal Service and delivery may take longer.

 

RUSH SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

For an extra charge of $15 per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. However, we regret on rush orders cannot be sent to a P.O. Box. If we receive your order by 12 noon PST Monday-Thursday, you’ll receive your purchase within three business days. Orders placed Friday through Sunday by 12 noon PST will arrive the following Wednesday. Please note that the charge for rush delivery is in addition to regular Delivery and Processing Charges, listed above.

This rush service is not available for items shipped outside of the contiguous 48 states.

 

  1. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

We are currently not shipping orders outside of the U.S. However, please keep checking back as we will be adding new shipping destinations often. Additionally, if you have a specific request for your country, we’d love to know, so please send your request to customerservice@babywonton.com

 

  1. What is your returns policy?

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't, we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customerservice@babywonton.com 

 

  1. Will Baby Wonton confirm my online order?

Yes, if you provide an e-mail address when placing an order, we will send you a confirmation notice within 24 hours.
